In order to provide a campus electronic notary and signature service, policy and service components for registration, credential issuance, credential revocation, and credential repository need to be developed. As the campus completes implementation of a one-card program for staff and faculty in 2004, some of the initial steps for developing these fundamental policy and operational components will be completed. Digital notary and electronic signature services could be integrated with enhancement of a campuswide one-card program and with secure storage solutions. The feasibility study for this project will be initiated in late 2004. IT Strategies:
